Vipers SC head coach Javier Martinez Espinoza began his tenure at the club with a 1-0 victory at St. Mary’s stadium in Kitende.
The Mexican tactician was delighted to have began his era at the Kitende outfit with a victory and was full of praise to his players performance.
“I am very happy with the result but above all all grateful with the general performance of my team. We had several chances but our opponents were also good defensively.”
“I am very glad with the display of my players, we were patient until we got our moment. The players worked hard to win the game but the general performance was very excellent.”
Martinez will be looking to inspire the reigning Ugandan champions to the most gratifying achievements this season.
