Embattled Proline host Kyetume as Kitara visit Calvary in battle for second place

The FUFA Big League resumes this Thursday 23rd December with five games of match day 10.

Second placed Kitara FC visit third placed Calvary FC at Greenlight Stadium in Arua in a bid to close the gap on leaders Kataka who are three points clear.

Both Calvary and Kitara are tied on 14 points. Calvary are on a three match winning streak while Kitara have won their last games.

In other games of the day, Kyetume FC visit embattled Proline FC at MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

The game comes a day after Proline FC lost their previous game against Blacks Power FC by forfeiture.

The game was abandoned in the 38th minute when Proline could not raise the required number of players to play since three of the nine players they had travelled with got injured and stretchered off the pitch.

On the other hand Kyetume FC smashed Nyamityobora 9-1 in their last game.

The table leaders Kataka FC will be aiming to consolidate their top spot when they visit Blacks Power FC at Aki Bua Stadium in Lira.

Bottom placed MYDA FC welcome Maroons FC at King George IV Memorial Stadium in Tororo.

MYDA are on a six match losing streak and have only managed to get four points in the eight games played so far.

Maroons FC come in this game while fourth on the table with 12 points and will be aiming to take up one of the top three places in case of victory.

In the other game Ndejje University welcome neighbors Luweero United at the Arena of Vision in Ndejje.
