KCCA FC’s intentions of reclaiming the league title are subject to a reality check as they visit Arua outfit Onduparaka FC at the Greenlight stadium.
Shaban Muhammad will be the center of attention as he returns to face his former side for the first time since crossing over to KCCA in one of the most controversial transfer deals ever witnessed in the recent past.
Both Onduparaka and KCCA come into this fixture after playing to goalless draws against the same opponent – Maroons FC on Monday 9th and Thursday 12th respectively.

KCCA has a better head to head record over Onduparaka and has won 2 of the 3 games they have faced off with a big margin. Onduparaka has won once which came as a 2-1 victory orchestrated by Shaban Muhammad last season at the same venue.
The reverse fixture between the two sides ended 4-1 in favor of KCCA courtesy of goals from Derrick Nsibambi, Muzamir Mutyaba, Tito Okello and Jackson Nunda.
Onduparaka will miss out on the services of Kabon Living and Allan Busobozi who are sidelined with malaria whereas goalkeeper Yunus Baker is out injured.
KCCA FC will be without left back Mustafa Kizza who is reportedly sick and midfielders Muzamir Mutyaba and Saddam Juma who are sidelined with injuries.
The Caterpillars will look up to forwards Viane Sekajugo and former KCCA man Ceaser Okhuti for inspiration. The pair has scored 5 goals each this season.
The defending champions will rise to 47 points in case they get maximum points and will maintain the second spot behind table leaders Sc Villa who are on 49 points while maximum points for Onduparaka FC will see them in the 4th position with 40 points.
