Cricket Cranes daring to continue with impressive form

Uganda Cricket Cranes skipper Brian Masaba is optimistic that they will continue with their good run during the second round of the Cricket World Cup Challenge League group B.

The team prevailed to wins against Jersey, Bermuda, Italy, Kenya and Hong Kong to top group B at Al Amerat and returned on Thursday and were hosted at Kololo Courts Hotel for a Luncheon.

“We are to rest for some days but hard work doesn’t stop in the channels. We have just only started, its a good start for us but we still have a long way to go.”

We were well motivated in Oman and we will remain confident during the second round.” He stated.

Uganda Cricket Association chairman Bashir Badu Ansasira offered the team $7000 as a token of appreciation for their heroic performances.

Uganda will host the second round of the event from July 29 to August 2020 as they aim to secure a Playoff place.
