Immaturity cost us the game against URA, Kirinya’s Charles Ayiekoh.
Goals from Charles Ssempa and Hudu Mulikyi were enough for URA to snatch all 3 from the students of Kirinya Jinja S. S.
Kirinya Jinja S. S coach Charles Ayiekho conceded defeat but he blamed it on inexperience and immaturity.
” It was such a good game and its only unfortunate that the best team on the day in terms of possession lost. I think we lost due to immaturity since most of my players are still young but i am personally happy they played well”.
He also blamed the fact that his team conceded an early goal and complained about the situation of the pitch saying that ;
“The beauty of this game is such that one has to utilize every opportunity available to their advantage. URA got an early advantage and they utilised it quite well and besides the situation of the pitch wasn’t that favourable as it was slippery thus hindering my midfielders from supplying the forwards”.
Kirinya Jinja SS has now lost their previous two games but they sit conformably in the 4th position with 37 points.
Their next fixture will see them take on fellow Jinja based side BUL FC at Kakindu stadium in Saturday, 21st, April, 2018.
