CECAFA 2019: Four Ugandan based players named in South Sudan squad

The South Sudan football Association has released a 22 man squad ahead of the CECAFA senior challenge cup to be hosted in Uganda.

Makweth Wol who plays for Mbarara City, Ivan Wani who turns out for Busoga United and goalkeeper Emmanuel Rubangakene.

KCCA defender Musa Ramathan was among the summoned players but he reportedly denounced the team.

South Sudan are in group B alongside Sudan, Somalia and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

The competitions are slated to take place in Uganda between 7th-19 December this year.
