CAF U20 AFCON: Mustafa Kizza handed 2 match ban

CAF has confirmed that defender Mustafa Kizza will miss 2 matches as suspension for the red card he received during Uganda’s 5-1 win over South Sudan last month.

A confirmation from CAF to the federation of Uganda football associations reads,

“Mustafa Kizza will miss match number 16, South Sudan Vs Uganda. The first leg of the following round of this competition in case Uganda qualifies or his next match with the national team in case of elimination”.

Meanwhile, the referees for South Sudan Vs Uganda 2nd leg to be played on Saturday 21st at Juba Stadium will come from Burundi and a match commissioner from Kenya.

The team is training at Mandela National Stadium outside pitch and they will fly to Sudan in Friday
