The Confederation of African football has appointed match officials for Uganda champions Vipers SC and Sudanese giants El Merreikh.
The two sides will lock horns in the CAF champions league preliminary round of the 2018/19 season later this month.
Algerian officials will be in charge of the first leg while a set from Rwanda will take control of the second leg.
The Algerian officials to handle the first leg are Aderazzek Arab who will be the center referee while Abbes Akram Zerhouni and Brahim El Hamiaoui Sid Ali are the first and second assistants respectively.
The fourth official is Mustafa Ghorbal also from Algeria while Youssouf Guedi Guireh from Djibouti and Yohannes Ghirmai from Eritrea will be Match commissioner and Referee’s assessor. The first leg is slated for the weekend of 27-28 November in Khartoum.
The second leg will take place on December 5th at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende, three officials plus the fourth official are from Rwanda while the match commissioner is from Zanzibar.
Abdoul Karim Twagiramukiza will be the man in charge and will be assisted by Dieudonne Mutuyimana and Honore Simba. Mzee Zam Ali from Zanzibar will be the match commissioner.
Vipers SC under the stewardship of Mexican tactician Javier Martinez Espinoza will be seeking to advance to the group stages of the competition in their second appearance in the competition
