Byekwaso calls for focus as KCCA aim to maintain dominance over Onduparaka


The table leaders will host 5th placed Onduparaka FC at the StarTimes Stadium in Lugogo on Tuesday, 5th, 02, 2019 with an aim of getting maximum points so as to extend their lead on top of the log.

The Kasasiro boys have not lost a single game their previous 5 league games having won for and drawn the most recent one against Mbarara city away at Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara.

At the other end, their guests have only won once, drawn twice and lost twice out of their last 5 league games.

Assistant manager Morley Byekwaso will be the man in charge of this game for KCCA as manager Mike Mutebi is still serving a 4 match FUFA-ban while Onduparaka will be handled by former Cranes defender Simeon Masaba.

Saddam Juma and Gift Ali remain sidelined fue to injuries for KCCA while they will enjoy services of talented youthful leftback Mustafa Kizza and entertaining Jackson Nunda who return from injuries and also welcome striker Patrick Kaddu who returns after missing the previous game due to accumulation of yellow cards.

Skipper Rashid Toha who levelled matters for the Caterpillars in Mwererwe in their most recent game will be expected to put up a similar show in this game.

Maximum points for the Kasasiro boys will help them stay top of the summit with 40 points while the Arua based side will leapfrog BUL FC to the 4th position with 27 points in case they win.
