Busujju appoint Timothy Onyango as their new head coach

Busujju have appointed Timothy Onyango as head coach for the 2021 Airtel Masaza Cup tourney.

Onyango was unveiled on Wednesday at the event held at Salva Courts Hotel in Bulenga.

The CAF “C” licensed coach replaces Frank Mulindwa who was at the helms last year.

Onyango will be assisted by Gerald Mwanje and Joseph Musisi as the goalkeeping coach.

Busujju have never won the prestigious competition and last term were eliminated at the quarterfinal stage.

This year, Busujju are in Muganzirwazza Group alongside Buddu, Mawogola, Buwekula and Butambala.

The 17th edition of the Airtel Masaza Cup is expected to kick off on 20th November, 2021 at the Njeru Technical centre.
