Busoga United to conduct trials as recruitment for the new seasons begins

Busoga United have been one of the most hit teams in this transfer window after losing close to six senior members of their squad

Busoga United has embarked on their preparations ahead of the forth coming UPL season.

They will carry out trials on young and talented players aged 17-25 starting Monday 23rd to Friday 27th August 9:00am to mid day at Kakindu Stadium in Jinja.

Head coach Abbey Kikomeko will conduct the trials process to assisted by fitness coach Jimmy Jalendo.

Busoga United struggled last season and narrowly serviving relegation when they finished 13th with only 26 points.

They have already lost Douglas Muganga, Ivan Wani and captain George Kasonko to BUL while Isma Mugulusi joined the Uganda Premier League record champions SC Villa.

As earlier reported by Swift Sports striker Sharif Kimbowa has also joined Wakiso Giants FC waiting for unveiling.
