Uganda’s representatives in the CAF Confederation cup 2022/23 season BUL FC have approached out of contract Police striker Frank Kalanda for a possible deal.
The former Soana, URA, and Express FC forward joined Police FC during the January transfer window but he was unable to save them from relegation.
He had initially signed a six month contract but chose not to extend it in search for topflight football.
Kalanda managed five goals in the short spell with the peace keepers including two against his current suitors BUL FC and a hat trick against Wakiso Giants.
BUL will begin preparations for the CAF Confederation cup preliminary stages which are expected to kick off on August 12th this year.
Kalanda will be expected to improve a striking line that has Ibrahin Nsimbe and veteran Karim Ndugwa.
BUL FC were crowned Uganda Cup champions after beating Vipers SC 3-1 in Masindi.
