Second placed BUL FC host bottom placed Proline FC in their last league game of the first round at Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe.

BUL FC played to a one all stalemate with SC Villa at Bombo Barracks grounds. Richard Wandyaka scored their sole goal.

Proline FC defeated Bright Stars 2-1.
