BUL FC have completed the signing of their former goalkeeper Hannington Ssebwalunyo on loan from URA FC.
Ssebwalunyo was unveiled at the club’s base at Bugembe after successfully undergoing a medical test.
The 30 year old goalkeeper expressed his delight upon his second homecoming.
“I am pleased to come back home. This is where everything in regard to my topflight football started from.” He said via the club’s website.
“I promise to do my best to add value to the club. Therefore, the technical team and the fans should expect great performances from me.”
“Home is home and there is no place that is better than home. I now feel very good, calm and happy,” Ssebwalunyo added.
Ssebwalunyo made his topflight debut with BUL FC during the 2017/18 season. He left the club in 2019 after two years and joined Maroons FC before switching to URA FC.
URA opted to send him on loan after James Alitho returned to the club.
He will now have to compete with Sanon Mulabi and newly signed Saidi Keni for the BUL’s first choice goalkeeper slot.
The club has announced that they have parted ways with two goalkeepers Davis Mutebi and Abdul Kimera.
