BUL aim to finish off Kigezi Homeboyz and proceed to the quarter finals

The aggregate winner will face Proline in the quarterfinals

Fresh from ending a six match winless streak in the Uganda Premier League, BUL visit Kigezi Homeboyz in the return leg of the round of 16 of the Stanbic Uganda Cup at Kabale Municipal Stadium.

BUL come in this tie with a 2-1 advantage courtesy of Richard Wandyaka and Musa Esenu goals while the sole gole for Kigezi Homeboyz was scored by Denis Lubowa.

BUL head coach Alex Isabirye believes his side has all it takes to make it to the quarter finals,

“We have managed to work on our defending and scoring departments where by we have been conceding a lot and not scoring. After sorting that out, we are ready for progression ”

Both sides have not reported any injury concerns

The home team will look to Lubowa, Dickson Niwamanya and Rodgers Tabule to inspire them to victory

Wandyaka, Musa Esenu, Simon Peter Oketch Joseph Ssemujju and Deogracious Ojok are expected to put up a spirited fight as the visitors target making it through.

The aggregate winner after today will play Proline on Friday 27th-May at Lugogo in the first leg of the quarter finals.
