FUFA Big League side Blacks Power FC (Bukedea Town Council) have parted ways with former Uganda Cubs and BUL FC coach Peter Onen, Swift Sports has learnt.

Onen leaves the club citing a breach of the employment employment contract with the club that fell short of a FUFA Big League playoff place when the league was abruptly ended last season.

Ongodia is currently a free agent after mutually leaving FUFA Women Super League club Lady Doves FC in June.

It should be remembered that Ongodia guided Bukedea Town Council to a promotion from the regional league to the FUFA Big League.

Ongodia, a CAF License C holder, is former coach at She Corporates and Olila High School Women Football Club and also served as Karamoja’s head coach in the FUFA Drum tournament.

Before Onen took helms at Bukedea Town Council in March last season, the club was under the tutelage of Anthony Sekitto.

Bukedea Town Council finished fourth on the Elgon Group table with 14 points accumulated from 11 games played last season.
