Bright Stars enhanced their survival fight with a 2-1 win over fellow relegation fighters Police in a game played at Lugogo.
Captain Sulaiman Ssebunza and on-loan winger Muwadda Mawejje scored for the Paul Kiwanuka coached side to register their sixth win of the campaign.
Ssebunza converted a penalty in the 52nd minute following a foul play on Joseph janjali inside the box.

Mawejje made it 2-0 10 minutes later before striker Hood Kaweesa found a consolation for the Cops in the closing stages.
Bernard Muwanga, who was making his league debut since his return to Bright Stars, was named man of the match.
