Shafik Kiwanuka will now face off with Kenyan David Kamara in his debut professional Boxing fight tomorrow Friday 22nd March at MTN Arena, Lugogo.
Kenyan Obadiah Mwangi who was to tussle it out with Kiwanuka couldn’t make the trip to Uganda after failing medical tests through sickness will be replaced by fellow countryman David Kamara.
Kamara who replaces Mwangi will also be playing his first professional Boxing fight and is confident of a glorious night
“I am very confident and ready to face off with Kiwanuka, I cannot underestimate him because but I can only promise my fans in Kenya victory.”
“We as boxers are always ready and I can’t wait to begin my professional career with a victory tomorrow.”
Said the Kenyan who weighs 80.1Kg.
Kiwanuka who weighed at 80.2 is also eyeing a maiden victory despite changes in the opponents.
“I am the killing machine and I am always ready to face and crash anyone put Infront of me. It’s a pity that I will not face Mwangi but I am very ready to rumble against the new opponent even if they make another change tomorrow.” Stated an optimistic Kiwanuka.
