David Ndihabwe was hero as his 78th minute goal earned Express 3points against Mbarara City at Wankulukuku. Express tactician Shafiq Bisaso has expressed his  delight with the result as they fight to beat the drop and believes it was important for both players and fans.

He asserts,

“It is good news for both players and fans of Express to win the game. We who are responsible for things to happen on the pitch have a lot of pressure but the fans feel it more.”

On the missed penalty and highlighted on who takes responsibility to take spot kicks, Bisaso says,

“We missed the penalty but we continued to press until we scored a brilliant goal that won us the game, maybe many would say that we win on penalties. Penalties are taken by a players who are good at passing the ball.”

Express stays in the bottom three and are 14th placed on log with 22 points, only a point separates them from safety. They will next welcome BUL FC at Wankulukuku on Tuesday 17th April 2018.
