BIG LEAGUE: Kyetume, MYDA aim to extend fine start, as Proline and Maroons face off


Match day two of the FUFA Big League will continue tomorrow Thursday 18th-November with four games on schedule.

Kyetume host Richard Makumbi’s Kitara FC at Nakisunga grounds in Mukono.

Both teams won their their opening games respectively.

The Slaughters defeated Luweero United 3-1 at the same venue thanks to Baker Buyala, Ezra Kaye Kizito and Steven Kabuye.

Kitara FC rallied from two goals down to defeat Blacks Power 3-2 at Masindi Municipal Stadium.

Richard Enjama, Edison Agondeze and Patrick Mugume were the goal scorers

Proline FC will also host Maroons FC at MTN Omondi Stadium in Lugogo.

Both sides are winless having played to goalless stalemates in their opening ties.

Proline was held by Nyamityobora at Kakyeka while Maroons FC drew with Calvary at Luzira.

Blacks Power will be out to search for their first win of the season when they host MYDA FC at Akibua Memorial Stadium in Lira.

Blacks Power threw away a 2-0 lead to suffer a 3-2 victory at the hands of Kitara FC in Masindi with Joel Gerald scoring their two goals.

MYDA emphatically beat Ndejje University in Tororo thanks to Geoffrey Sserunkuma’s brace Ivan Olono’s strike.

Kataka FC will start their 2021/22 FUFA Big League season by hosting Nyamityobora FC at Mbale Municipal Stadium in Mbale
