Badru Nsubuga is relishing his top flight experience after scoring for Express FC in their 2-1 win over debutants Nyamityobora at Wankulukuku.
The youngster who arrived at Wankulukuku as a hopeful at the start of the season and subsequently impressed, was on target for the first in the 25th minute.
” It’s a historic moment for me because I scored my first goal for one of the greatest clubs in the country more so we won the game at the end of the proceedings.”
” I came into this game with some flue but because we worked as a team, it was easy for me to cope up. We worked in accordance to the instructions from the coach hence victory for us. “
Nsubuga pledges more impressive and outstanding performance in the coming games.
” I must say, I always target at bettering my previous performance so I promise to exhibit more impressive exploits. Playing in the top flight league has been as hard as I thought in the first place especially when you have supportive team mates and follow the coach’s instructions.”
Kefa Kisala echoed the relevancy of the budding midfielder in his team and demanded more from him.
” Scoring in your maiden top flight season gives you much confidence that you are fit to play likewise Nsubuga. The way he has been playing for us always signalled that more good things are coming. It’s good for him to score and we shall demand more from him because when he you score we exert pressure on you to score more since we know you can. “

Badru Nsubuga was acquired from Wembley FC at the start of the season. He is blessed with a high work rate and ball win ability which has since then elevated him to Kisala’s regular eleven.
