Kirinya Jinja SSS will have to search for another coach following the resignation of Charles Ayiekoh “Mbuzi” Lukula on Tuesday afternoon.

Ayiekoh threw in the towel citing personal reasons, 3 days before Kirinya Jinja SSS open their second round campaign with a visit at Vipers SC.

The CAF A coaching license holder is however reportedly linked to the Onduparaka FC head coach job which has been vacant since Asaph Mwebaze resigned in November.

Ayiekoh joined Kirinya Jinja SSS at the start of last season and guided the Jinja club to a respectable finish of 5th.

The former Bunamwaya, Soana FC, Police FC tactician leaves Kirinya Jinja SSS 11th on the Uganda Premier League table having managed to garner 19 points from 15 outings.
