URA fc struggled to earn a point off a very entertaining but harmless Proline at the Madela National Stadium in Namboole.
Ajab Abdul Rahman the URA striker who is reportedly playing on a tentative licence missed the game due to its expiry though he claimed to have been injured during the warm up.
The game started on a low note for both sides but the visitors later on gained momentum and tried to turn things the other way round although their efforts never paid off in the first period of the game.
Enter second half and things were no different. Proline striker Fahad Bayo and captain Joseph Mandela continued to put all created efforts to waste.
Ibrahim Kirya introduced Denis Kamanzi in the 57th minute and URA started to look a bit organised upfront.
However, 10 minutes later, Sula Matovu Malouda scored a solo effort goal when he picked the ball midway the pitch off a long range clearance by Joseph Mandela to go past Sam Ssekitto and beat Alionzi to put the guests in the lead.
Charles Sempa came on for URA to replace Sam Ssekitto and the home side piled pressure to their visitors which paid off in the 87th minute when Denis Kamanzi headed home a well delivered cross from Brian Majwega to level matters.
Proline fc has 11 points so far this season and have played 9 games. They will visit relaxation threatened Express fc in their next game.
While on the other hand , URA fc have played 10 games and have 13 points. They will play against Police fc in their next fixture at Namboole.
