Nyamityobora FC have appointed Asaph Mwebaze as their new head coach on a three year contract to replace James Odoch who resigned from his duties after a 6-1 thumping by KCCA FC.
Mwebaze beat Kyetume FC’s tactician Alex Isabirye Musongola who was also in a close contention for the same post.

Early this season, Mwebaze had joined Onduparaka FC on a 3 year deal but only served 4 months before his employment contract was mutually terminated.
Mwebaze is one of the most experienced coaches in the land having worked with the prisons side Maroons FC for a period of 12 years.
He comes with a motive of helping the newly promoted team save their season and ultimately beat the drop. Nyamityobora is sitting in the 15th place with only four points collected from the 8 games played.
Mwebaze’s immediate task will be on Friday November 30th when Nyamityobora takes on embattled record champions SC Villa at Wankulukuku.
