•Goalkeeper Ginyera Alfred from Kyambogo University signed on a two year contract with the club

•Kiryowa Edward left winger from Farmers FC also signed a one year employment contract.

Police FC patron Asan Kasingye says that the new Police FC will help the club return to it’s glorious days.

Kasingye asserts that the club should be aiming for titles not fighting for places.

The purpose for the new signings is to improve our performance which has been disappointing. We have been in the topflight for over three decades and I believe we have the potential to compete for trophies than places.”

“We have ever won the domestic title as well as on the region. I believe to reach our goal, we have to improve administratively since good players need an organised environment that can favour them to perform.”

Stated Kasingye during the unveiling function held at Police headquarters, Naguru.

The Cops currently sit in 8th place and have accumulated 22 points from 16 league games this season.
