Arua Hill intensify quest for former Onduparaka trio

Toha and Shaban still have running contracts with Vipers SC but have found life hard at the Kitende based side. They have already let the club know about their intentions to leave.

Newly promoted Arua Hill SC are in advanced talks to sign Rashid Toha, Gaddafi Wahab and Mohamed Shaban.

Gadaffi Wahab is a free agent following the termination of his employment contract with Wakiso Giants.

Toha and Shaban still have running contracts with Vipers SC but have found life hard at the Kitende based side. They have already let the club know about their intentions to leave.

Rashid Toha has failed to break into the defensive partnership of Halid Lwaliwa and Livingston Mulondo

Shaban Mohammad has failed to reciprocate the form he exhibited three years ago in the Uganda Premier league that prompted Morocco giants Raja Casablanca to sign him.

Vipers are also willing to offload him in order to waive off a chunk of their budget due to his wage bill.

Rashid Toha’s time at Vipers has been hampered by a series of niggling injuries that have kept him on the sidelines for the bigger part of his career at Kitende.

He would also be happy to seek a new lease of life at Arua Hill.

The newbies have already captured Yusuf Ssaka (Kyetume), Ivan Eyam ( Mbarara City), Junior Adama ( Calvary FC), Samuel Ssekamatte Kayongo ( Soltilo Bright Stars).

They also unveiled Ahmed Borin the former Calvary SC head coach as part of their Technical team.
