Newly Promoted Uganda Premier League side Arua Hills FC are close to signing Kyetume Football Club midfielder Julius Lule.
Swift Sports understands that the midfielder who still has years left on his employment contract at Kyetume wants a new challenge and personal terms are close to being agreed upon.
Sources also reveal that the Mukono based side has failed to clear Lule’s five month arrears.

In case the deal materialises, Lule will join his teammate at Kyetume Yusuf Ssaka who already completed a move to the Arua based side.
Arua Hill are also expected to name former Kyetume coach Livingston Mbabazi as their new head coach
The Arua outfit is expected to release 14 players among these is former Vipers, Express and Onduparaka striker Alfred Leku as well as Rashid Agau.
Iddi Abdul Wahid, Ronald Innocent, Patrick Matovu, Isaac Okello, Aggrey Atandu, Simba Sabir, Collins Olega, Emmanuel Mutebi, Bernard Sunday Yakin Rashid, Samary Ajobe and Sabir Edema are the other players.
Arua Hill SC completed the recently concluded FUFA Big League season unbeaten and subsequently gained promotion to the Uganda Premier League.
They finished top of Elgon Group with 30 points in 14 games on their way to the topflight.
