Rwanda Premier League champions APR FC have officially signed striker Jacques Tuyisenge on a two year contract in a deal worth USD50,000.
Tuyisenge has been a free agent after he parted ways with Angolan side Petro Atletico De Luanda last month.
He left Kenyan giants Gor Mahia for Angola last year in July but also he left the Luanda based club after only one season.
Tuyisenge who is also the Rwanda national team skipper, brings experience to the APR squad who will represent Rwanda in the 2020/21 CAF Champions League.
He previously featured for Enticelles FC, Kiyovu Sports and Police FC (all in Rwanda) before he joined Gor Mahia in 2016.
His acquisition comes after the Military side signed striker Yannick Bizimana from rivals Rayon Sports.
Arme Patriotique Rwandaise (APR) FC won the 2019/20 Rwanda Premier League title unbeaten with 57 points garnered from 23 games when football was abruptly stopped in the country.
