Masavu FC talisman and skipper Abraham Ndugwa has expressed his gratitude on his inclusion on the cranes provisional squad for the 2018 CHAN.

A delightful Ndugwa says,

“It’s an honor to be called on a national team to represent your country. I think there are many players in the league but being among selected is an honor to me and will encourage me to work very hard and keep on pushing because I know it’s not the end but just a start.

” It’s a step in the right direction especially that this is my return to competitive football. All I can say is thanks to God for this. I also thank my friends and everyone who prepares me for the games.”

He adds,

“My inclusion is not only about me but also the team I represent, the coaches, my team mates and every one around. Its a big team not a one man team.”

“Of course, its going to be a tough challenge because the competition is stiff but who knows? Its all about what you deliver on pitch that decides. I will do what I can and leave the rest to God.”

Ndugwa is among the summoned players from which the new Cranes coach Sebastien Desabre will choose a final 23-man squad for the forthcoming CHAN tournament in Morocco early next year.
