Abraham Ndugwa attributes national team summon to teammates and coaches

Masavu FC skipper Abraham Ndugwa has today been named amongst the 23-man Uganda Cranes squad to feature in two internationals friendlies slated for 24th and 27th March.

Ndugwa has expressed his amusement by attributing his summon to his coaches and fellow teammates at Masavu FC.

“I am humbled to be summoned yet again to the national team. First of all, Glory be to God. I am thankful to my club coaches for making me believe that I can be the best. And to my teammates who work with me everyday in training and encourage me. It’s just the beginning, so hard work starts now”

“I know those who have seen

me play know what I am capable of doing so they should expect the best from me.”

” I haven’t played with any of these players before so it’s going to be a different set up. I know they are all good players so we wait and see the best is to come.” he concludes.

Ndugwa together with 22 other players will represent Uganda as the Cranes takes on the Flames of Malawi on 24th March before taking on another country yet to be communicated on 27th March.
