The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has assigned three Uganda referees to officiate the AFCON U23 qualifier return leg between Sudan and Seychelles on Tuesday 20th November.
The three officials are center referee Ali Sabila and assistant referees Musa Balikoowa and Ronald Katenya.

The game is scheduled to take place in the capital of Khartoum at the Khartoum Stadium.
The first leg encounter between Sudan and Seychelles ended in a 1-1 draw on Wednesday 14th November in Mahé.
