The long waited NBL season surely billed and matched up the expectations of the fans in an epic 6 match opening.

Defending Champions City Oilers felt the Power of the new faces at Betway Power as they were forced to throw away their 3 quarters’ lead in the last period losing 56-64 to Arnold Lando’s men.

Oilers led 15-13, 35-29 and 45-43 in 3 three quarters respectively before Power overturned the result in the last quarter with new signing Stephen Wundi scoring a total of 15 points in the game same figure met by City Oilers’ Okello James.
