There was a time between late 90s and early 2000s when the most dominant forces in Ugandan NBL were Kyambogo Warriors ( now Pemba Warriors), Falcons and Dmark Power ( now Betway Power)..
New teams always tried hard to break this dominance but they were never a success, Pastor Kayanja put in alot for the Miracle Eagles but they never lasted long in the challenge.

City Oilers bursted up from no where and whole theme song changed. Four titles in such a short time,surely they have done themselves well.
