SC Villa host Ndejje University in a relegation six pointer

DANIEL NSUBUGA

Fresh from a commanding 3-1 victory over Nyamityobora FC, Ndejje University will take their relegation fight to record league winners SC Villa at Mandela national stadium tomorrow.

They have faced off two times before, once in the league and the other in the FUFA Uganda Cup.

SC Villa rallied through Bashir Mutanda’s second half strike to share spoils when they visited Ndejje university in the first round after Ronald Odokonyero penalty had put the league debutants in the lead.

The Jogoos will all but secure safety if they manage to garner all three points with only three games left to play on the schedule.

Douglas Bamweyana welcomes back first choice goal keeper Said Keni and striker Bashir Mutanda who missed the previous away trip to Wankulukuku.

Ndejje hope to build on the resurgent form of Isaac Kisujju who put Nyamityobora to the sword in their previous league outing.

The Jogoos will move up to 12th on the log, displacing Maroons FC if they win tomorrow, whereas Ndejje can only go level on points with SC Villa but stay in 14th.
