Relegation battle as Paidha Black Angels face off with Ndejje University

Days after unveiling 9 new signings and suspending their head coach Mohammed Kisseka, Paidha Black Angels host fellow debutants and strugglers Ndejje University on match day 16 at Green Light Stadium Arua.

Charles Ssenyange was appointed care taker manager following Mohammed Kisseka’s 6 month suspension due to misconduct.

The Blacks are bottom placed with only 7 points having managed 1 win that came against Police FC and 4 draws from the 15 games in the first round.

Their opponents are second last with 9 points from the same number of games.

The first meeting in the first round Ndejje University defeated the Blacks 1-0 courtesy of Anwar Ntege’s goal.

Fred Akena the club CEO for Paidha Black Angels has a lot of confidence in the squad and he believes in the team are ready to stage a fight against relegation.

Having lost Skipper Cromwell Abang Rwothomio to URA FC, Dickens Okwir will trusted to guide Paidha.

Yusuf Ssozi who missed the first round due to registration issues, has been cleared and ready to play. Sula Sekamwa, Andrew Kidega and Mohammed Kasirye will inspire the Blacks to the second win of the season.

Ndejje University lost one of their key players Dickens Kilama to URA, they will now bank on the services of Anwar Ntege, Noel Nasasira and Francis Onekalit for any positive result.

A win can neither move both sides positions but increase the number of points they have.
