Police Fc has started negotiations with Vincent Kayizzi to join them ahead of the new Azam Premier season. The veteran winger’s contract expired at Kcca and the club is not ready to offer him a new one.

Kayizzi signed a one year contract with KCCA Fc in the transfer window of 2016 moving from Express Fc on a free transfer, but things have not gone his way due to stiff competition from young lads Paul Mucureezi, Shaban Nunda and Allan Okello.

Sources reveal that Kayizzi fell out with coach Mike Mutebi during last season and it’s the major reason why the KCCA tactian decided to part ways with the winger.

According to Kayizzi, contact has been made via his representatives but a compromise is yet to be reached.

“It’s true Police contacted me about the intention to sign me though i also have offers from both Africa and Europe, so i have to first see who brings the best offer then i will make a final decision”. Said Kayizzi.

If the move is completed Kayizzi will join new recruits, Aggrey Madoi on loan from Vipers, Mugisha Albert, Martin Mpuga at Police.
He will also join Geoffrey Sserunkuma and Sulaimon Akinyemi both at Buildcon of Zambia Ivan Ntege joined Township Rollers of Botswana and Tom Masiko now with Vipers among the exits from the Lugogo based side.
