Paidha Black Angels will hope to make their home advantage count when they take on URA FC on Wednesday at the Bar Okoro stadium in Zombo.

The lowly placed league debutants will intensify their relegation fight after their direct rivals Nyamityobora and Ndejje University picked crucial wins in their games on Tuesday.

URA FC come into this encounter after outclassing KCCA 2-1 at Lugogo in their most recent game.

Paidha Black Angels have lost their most recent two matches to Maroons (3-0) and Mbarara City (2-1).

Sam Ssimbwa’s coached men won the reverse fixture in the first round at Namboole thanks to Vitalis Tabu brace.

Besides Tabu, Cromwell Rwothomio will also face his former side after crossing over to the tax collectors in the mid-season transfer window.

Paidha Black Angels have only won two games both of which have been secured at home. Most recently, a 2-0 over fellow strugglers Nyamityobora FC.

Dickens Okwir has scored four goals for the Blacks since completing a loan move from Vipers in January and he is expected to inspire the home side if at all they are to pick a positive result.

In-form Shafik Kagimu who grabbed a brace against KCCA together with the crafty Moses Seruyidde and Joackim Ojera will be the men to lead URA to a third consecutive league win.

A win can push the fourth placed tax collectors to 38 points after 23 games.

Paidha Black Angels can only take their season tally to 15 points if they manage to stun URA FC.
