Despite his team taking a 3-0 into next week’s return leg, KCCA head coach Mike Mutebi has cut into his team for having failed to make use of all the chances created to make the scores far from reach for their opponents.

“It was an interesting game, we played our game and strategy though our opponents played too much deep and safe”.

Mutebi told a post match press conference

” We used the ball well but not as good as we desired, we created a lot of chances but unfortunately we managed to score 3 instead of 7″.

“We gave away possession too easily due to carelessness and almost gave our opponents a handout to hurt us”.

Mutebi affirmed that his team won’t employ a very cautious approach despite needing to protect the 3-0 lead.

He added,

“We shall go and play end to, regardless whether the game ends 7-8 goals. We need to entertain the spectators who will pay to watch the match “.

The return fixture will be played at the Azam complex stadium in Dar Es Salaam on Saturday 22nd December 2018.

The aggregate winner will qualify for the final round that will be kicked off on the 11th of January 2019.
