Gadinho out as Onduparaka dares URA’s unbeaten run

URA and Vipers SC remain the only unbeaten sides in the league this term but URA’s resolve will be put to test today when they host an in form Onduparaka.

Onduparaka managed a slim 1-0 victory over URA and they return to haunt them but this time without their star man Gaddafi Ghadinho who has been in scintillating form.

Former URA midfielder Oscar Agaba will also miss the tie through injury but the good news from their camp is that skipper Toha Rashid and midfielder Abel Eturude will be available for the trip to Namboole.

Simeon Masaba the Onduparaka tactician expects his side to put up a great fight and scoop maximum points and move to second place on 26 points.

“We are playing URA FC away from home, it will be a bit difficult but we are going to fight for maximum points tomorrow.”

“We need to keep possession and put up a good defense to make sure we score and avoid conceding.”

The hosts will look up Charles Sempa, Robert Omunuk and Shafik Kagimu for inspiration.

Samson Cesear Okhuti and Viane Sekajugo are expected to be productive on the visitors side.

Victory for URA FC will can move them to 4th place whereas maximum points for Onduparaka will take them up to second position.
