The titanic clash comes at the moment when the two sides boast of contrasting performances of late. 11 places separate the hosts Onduparaka with their lowly placed visitors.

Paidha Black Angels has lost all it’s most recent 5 games in the league, an infamous feat that leaves them bottom placed with only 4 points from the 9 games played.

FORM GUIDE
ONDUPARAKA FC : WWLDD
PAIDHA B.A : LLLLL

Under the tutelage of Simeon Masaba, the Caterpillars have impressively won their most recent two games against Ndejje University (3-0) and Express (2-0) last week at Wankulukuku.

Paidha Black Angels coached by Muhammad Kisekka, had their most recent game end in a 3-0 defeat at home courtesy of the free scoring Bright Stars.

Nothing would motivate the Paidha Black Angels more than a date with their illustrious rivals in a pursuit to halt their 5-match losing streak.

Midfield gem Muhammad Kasirye is a major doubt for the Blacks pending a late fitness test on Saturday.

Goalkeeper Nicholas Sebwato is also doubtful for Onduparaka while Solomon Okwalinga, Alex Gasper, Gadaffi Wahab and Malish Jamal remain sideline because of respective injuries.

Rashid Toha the Ondu skipper disdained the hype hovering around the encounter claiming it’s a “big match” for him and his teammates.

” No one is scared of Paidha even if it’s a Derby. As a Team we are going to play according to the demands of the technical team, it’s a Derby but not a big game for us, it’s just like any game. We are going to enjoy ourselves out there.”

Toha together with the bowlegged Gadaffi Gadinho, Viane Sekajugo and Muhamood Hassan are the men excepted to ignite Onduparaka’s pursuit for a third straight victory.

Cromwell Abang Rwothomio, Andrew Kidega and Julius Malingumu will have to be at their best if at all the Blacks are to stake a claim on a positive result.

Well, World over, derbies are determinants of who laughs last and loudest, likewise whoever will emerge victorious will surely claim the West Nile bragging rights. Whether West Nile will be painted Green or Black that remains a mystery until Saturday evening.
