Ugandan professional Boxer Shafik Kiwanuka “Killing Machine” will lock horns with American veteran boxer Oliver McCall alias Atomic Bull in the UBC International Championship.
The fight was launched on Wednesday at Green lounge, Muyenga. The contest is slated for April 2nd at Kololo Airstrip.
Kiwanuka is confident he will overcome the experienced boxer
“He has a lot of experience but I am very confident that I will overcome him. I have been training even during this Coronavirus pandemic outbreak and I can’t wait return to the ring and face off McCall.”

Kiwanuka has three professional fights and last faced off with Zimbabwe’s Thamsanqa Dube in November 2019.
His opponent, is a veteran of the sport for over three decades, he is best known for winning the WBC heavyweight title in 1994 by scoring an upset knockout victory over Lennox Lewis.
The 55 year old has 75 bouts, with 59 wins (38KOs), 14 defeats and two draws. His trainers are Jimmy Adams, Richie Giachetti, Emanuel Steward, George Benton, Greg Page and Whit Lowery.
McCall was also a talented high school basketball player. His son, Elijah McCall is also a heavyweight professional boxer.
