Following his move to Israeli Premier League club Ashdod SC, Fahad Bayo Aziz has officially bid farewell to Vipers SC.
Bayo put pen to paper on a four year employment contract with the Israeli outfit.
In his emotional goodbye on his social media pages, the Uganda Cranes forward thanked his coaches, teammates, management and fans
“It’s been an incredible honour to represent one of the biggest clubs in Uganda. I have achieved many things with this great club.
I want to take this opportunity to thanks the fans for their support during the good times and bad. I also want to thank all the coaches have worked with during this short spell.”
He also hailed his teammates for the wonderful memories
“I have shared the pitch with some fantastic players and this squad has been incredible. I will never forget my debut during a FUFA super 8 final against KCCA FC and I am glad I got to share it with such a terrific group of lads.”
It has been a great ride, of course there have been ups and downs but I will always look back at my time at St.Mary’s Kitende with fondness.” I have no regrets, given all my best and I can only say thank you for the superb memories.”
Bayo put up a sensational performance as Vipers clinched the 2019/20 Uganda Premier League title and emerged as the second highest scorer in the league with 12 goals.
