Allan Okello makes the cut as Desabre names squad for camp in Egypt

Frenchman Sebastien Desabre has named a 24-man squad for the training camp in Egypt ahead of the final AFCON qualifiers game against Tanzania.

The squad was confirmed hours after the Cranes 4-0 win over Kampala select team at the StarTimes stadium, Lugogo.

10 players will depart for Egypt at the Entebbe International Airport in the wee hours of Sunday Morning (6:00pm) aboard Ethiopian Airlines.

These include Allan Okello, Halid Lwaliwa, Godfrey Walusimbi, Hassan Mawanda, Taddeo Lwanga, Ibrahim Sadam Juma, Moses Waiswa, Allan Kyambadde and Patrick Kaddu.

The 10 will join 14 foreign based players in Egypt for a training camp in Ismailia before connecting to Tanzania.
