Ahmed Kongola resigned as Kirinya Jinja SS CEO after serving for only one year on his two year employment contract.
Kongola intimated to Swift Sports Uganda about the reasons behind his exit and the way forward.
He said,

“I stepped down as CEO at Kirinya Jinja SS FC in good faith since i had some personal things to attend to. But I am ready for a new challenge and I can welcome offers from all clubs interested in my services. I have achieved at Kirinya and so i need to look for a new challenge.”
Kongola is a former referee and has previously served as CEO at clubs, URA FC, SC Victoria University and The Saints.
